Custom Design Process

Once we have received your completed questionnaire, we can begin by sending you a custom quote.

When you have had the opportunity to review your quote, we can make any changes, should they be required.

We require a 50% NON- REFUNDABLE retainer to be placed on our production schedule. Once we receive your retainer, we can begin the process! At this time, you need to sign and complete our Terms and Conditions Contract.

First, we chat -via phone, skype, or in person (local to Cambridge, Ontario, Canada). Here we discuss your vision, the mood of your wedding, what is important to you as a couple, and anything else we need to know to make your stationery vision complete!

Next, we create a mood board with your concept. Once you approve it, we begin the design work!

Then, we make any changes or edits that you require until you love it! When you love it, you give us final approval and we go into production. Final payment will be due at this time.

Depending on the type of materials you choose, you can expect your invitations in approximately 4-8 weeks after final approval. Please remember to leave some time for us to ship the invitations to you. International orders will require additional shipping time. Mailing services are available in Canada for an additional fee.
