Refund and Returns Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not permitted.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of product, or we may not have time to replicate the items and ship them to you in time.
Please note that due to the production requirements of custom items, it may not be possible to exchange defective or damaged items prior to the required event date, in which case a refund will only be given for the amount that was paid, including shipping costs.
