The Ready Made Process

It’s easy! Choose the invitation that you would like to order, the number you require, add your accessories and then add them to your cart. Once we have received your payment, you will be sent a copy of our form that includes any necessary information we need to complete your order. You will have the opportunity to decide on your wording choice after we receive your information.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a package within 24 hours (via email) that includes information on wording choices, etiquette, addressing and more! Please review this information before submitting your chosen wording.  The sooner you fill out the forms, the sooner we can get started! We ask you that you do this within 3 business days of receipt. 

When we receive the forms with your wedding details, we will create a digital proof of your invitation within 5 business days. You will then have a chance to review it and make any necessary changes. You get one complimentary round of editing after we send you the proof, should any changes be required. We ask that you do this within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to meet your deadlines.

We will then send you your final proof for approval prior to production.

Please note: if any further changes beyond those are required, such as editing wording or text, colour change (text ink only), etc., there will be an additional fee of $35 PER CHANGE, payable via e-transfer. Please note, changes to graphics and card sizing are not permitted. Additional changes beyond the complimentary editing provided may result in a delay of your order. If your changes require extra time not allotted for in our standard 4 week design turn around, rush fees may apply. 

You can expect to receive your invitations approximately 4-6 weeks after you have approved your final proof. We DO NOT print or proceed to production without your final approval. Please make sure you do this as soon as possible so that we can get your invitations to you in a timely fashion. Rush fees may apply.

We need AT LEAST 4 weeks for production after final approval has been given, plus time to ship them to you. If you need something done in less than 4 weeks, rush fees of 30% of your order total will be applied. You must contact us first before purchasing if you are in need of a rush order to confirm that we can accommodate. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot meet your required timeline.

If you are in a rush situation of less than 4 weeks, you must check with us first to make sure we can accommodate your order. If you proceed to order without contacting us first, a cancellation fee of 10% of your order will apply.

Specialty printing, such as white ink and vellum take more time to complete. We may not be able to accommodate rush orders for specialty processes. Please contact us first before ordering if you require these items in less than 6 weeks time.

What your order includes:

Our standard invitation suite comes with a 5 x 7 Invitation Card and 3.5 x 5 RSVP Card on our house 100 lb. white cardstockA white, euro flap A7 Invitation Envelope and A1 white euro flap RSVP envelope are also included. Coordinating pieces can be ordered at an additional cost. We strongly recommend that you order an outer envelope as well if you are ordering an envelope liner-- it will protect your beautiful liner from being torn, so that your guests can get the full effect!

Linen Upgrade:

You may decide to upgrade your suite to our lovely white linen paper. This stock has an elegant, subtle texture that adds an extra element of luxury to your invitations! It is difficult to catch the texture on camera, but trust us--it will look amazing! We do ask that if you choose this upgrade that you make all of the printed cards the same stock. It will not be aesthetically pleasing to mix the two textures, and we don't want to disappoint you!
